Chris Carsten, founder of CPR, began his career as a drain cleaner in Portland, Oregon. He has earned plumbing licenses in Oregon, Washington and Idaho. He brings to his customers a wealth of knowledge acquired from working in a variety of environments, from service to remodels to construction, and he strives to bring the best of what he has learned to his customers’ doorsteps: courtesy, integrity, and knowledge of the plumbing trade.

“In Idaho I worked for a shop which did remodel plumbing on historic houses for high-end general contractors. I learned how to improve a plumbing system without compromising the appearance or integrity of some extremely high-end properties. It was by far the most difficult work I’ve done in the plumbing trade. I’m glad to say I gained some valuable experience from those days in the field.”

Chris Carsten also plumbed new homes, restaurants, apartments, office buildings, and spent years in the field as a service plumber, learning all the tricks of the trade.
